When Oxford House approached us, we knew nothing about Sober Living. What we knew was that they wanted us to purchase a really nice house in a really nice neighborhood in the town where Jared, one of the founders grew up. After much due diligence, Travis and Jared got to work on the first home. So many incredible stories of recovery started with just this one house. A life of transformation for us and for so many others began that day in 2019.
The power of just one bed is infinite, and this home provided 12 of them. Just one bed, one person can spark transformation for so many. One great story of recovery can inspire a mission. We LOVE seeing these stories come to light. When people on a journey of recovery realize that their life is no longer about themselves but it's about helping others, God does something special every time!

Meet the Founders
Jared Galde & Travis Gough
Jared and Travis together have been a part of more than 500 real estate transactions. From flips, to small development projects, wholesaling, brokering and long term SFR rentals.
In July of 2019 that all shifted towards Sober Living Homes. When they found the first house, they modeled it out, researched like crazy, viewed several operational homes and then dove in. Before 2019 was over they owned 10 Sober Living Homes in 4 different states.
Over the past 6+ years they've been able to open more than 125 homes, in 21 states, providing more than 1,200 beds for people in recovery from addiction. Recovery Housing has become a mission for them and they are always pursuing the next bed that will help the next person looking for long term recovery. Their journey started with Oxford Houses but has expanded to helping organizations with real estate doing PHP, IOP and Sober Living homes.
They've honed in their systems and processes, grown their team and are ready to be your real estate team to help your organization expand! Our favorite places to help are Phoenix, AZ and Texas but we can help anywhere in the country.

Do you rent to us for "market rent"?
Not typically, we're purchasing the home specifically for you to operate in helping people in recovery so rent is typically higher than market rent. But the good news is we're great at this and we will work with you, the house only works if rent works for you and for us for a LONG TIME.
Who's in charge of maintenance?
Most organizations we work with take care of ongoing lawn maintenance and cleaning while we handle the major items. We're quick to get things fixed so your residents can worry about their recovery while we worry about the home.
Do you do other things in real estate?
No. This is our full time business. Purchasing and managing homes for sober living is why God has breath in our lungs. We work tirelessly to provide the next bed for organizations truly helping people begin or continue a journey in long term recovery.
