Do you rent to us for "market rent"?
Not typically, we're purchasing the home specifically for you to operate in helping people in recovery so rent is typically a bit higher than market rent. But the good news is we're great at this and we will work with you, the house only works if rent works for you and for us for a LONG TIME.
How fast can you find me the next space to rent?
We're constantly on the look for buildings and homes. If we know what you need and we're a good fit, we'll find something quickly if we don't have something already!
Do you do other things in real estate?
No. This is our full time business. Purchasing real estate for SUD care and sober living is why God has breath in our lungs. We work tirelessly to provide the next bed for organizations truly helping people begin or continue a journey in long term recovery.
